The Thighanimine cooperative is a women's cooperative created in 2006, composed

Perfect mix between quality and social respect
Seeds are put on palette, away from walls to protect if from humidity.
In August the seeds reach maturity and fall on the ground, it’s left there until they are naturally dried by the sun, after that we collect all the seeds to put it on palette, away from walls to protect it from humidity.
Pulping it’s the first step of ext
raction of Argane Oil, so it consists of separating the dry pulp “Tafiyicht” of the argan nut”Aqua”. So the pulp it used to feed sheeps and the goats.
The second step is crushing.
This step a bit hard and in which women isolate the almond from the rest. That rests is called IRGNN and used to ignite fire.
We only use natural materials such as raffia palm in the process of extracting Argan oil from the beginning till the end. That mean the use of plastic bag is forbidden
The third stage is sorting the almonds
Roasting the oil if its his for eating.
Roasting is the process that makes difference between Argan oil for eating and the one used in cosmetics. Automatic pouring of the Argan almonds
It its done by a specialized machine, and it consist of separating the argane oil of the gangue.
After the process of squeezing out the oil, we move to the process of decantation
The oil left in containers for 3 or 4 days,
After 4 days of decantation, we filter in machines. All the quantity is left then needed time for the precipitation.
We take the oil and we refiler fit then we put it in drums. Those machine are made from stainless steel and there is no plastic. It is specialised in filtering the oil that its for eating.
